The situation

The brand had strong sales through paid media but had invested nothing in organic or AI search visibility. When we ran the initial audit, they were mentioned in 0 of 12 AI engines we test. 02 / What we built

Audit and gap mapping (Weeks 1–2)

Ran queries across 12 AI engines. Documented every competitor citation. Identified the 5 highest-volume queries the brand could realistically own based on content depth, brand authority, and competitive landscape.

Content restructuring (Weeks 2–5)

Rewrote 14 product pages and 3 category pages to directly answer AI-query formats. Added FAQ schema, How-to schema, and product entity markup. Every page was built around a specific question a buyer would ask an AI engine.

Entity authority build (Weeks 4–10)

Published 8 long-form editorial pieces targeting the exact questions AI models use as source material. Seeded citations through PR and niche media placements to build entity recognition across the web.

Monitoring and iteration (Ongoing)

Weekly citation tracking across all 12 engines. Adjusted content strategy based on which queries were gaining traction. Doubled down on what worked, rewrote what didn't.
