This page explains what SocialStardom collects on socialstardom.io, why we collect it, and how to ask us about it. It is written for people sending a business enquiry, not as a wall of legal theatre.
Who we are
SocialStardom is a marketing and practical AI studio in Pune, India. Contact: team@socialstardom.io.
What we collect from the form
The enquiry form on this site asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Business name (required)
- Work email (required)
- Area / location (optional)
- What you want help with (required)
- A short message (optional)
The form also includes a hidden "website" field used only as a spam trap. Humans should leave it empty. If it is filled, we ignore the submission.
How we use it
We use those details to reply, suggest a starting point, and, if we work together, to scope the job. The server mails the enquiry to team@socialstardom.io using PHP mail. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently set advertising cookies. We do not run ad pixels or third-party marketing tags on these pages today. The browser may store ordinary technical data needed to load the page. If we add analytics later, we will update this page before doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries live in our email until the conversation is finished or you ask us to delete them. If we take you on as a client, some details move into the project record we need to do the work.
Your requests (DPDP)
You can email team@socialstardom.io to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry that has not become a live project. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) where it applies. We are the organisation you contacted. We process the form so we can respond to a request you initiated.
Children
This site is for business owners and managers. We do not seek information from children.
