Do I need to buy a full package?
No. Start with a single website, local search service, or enquiry follow-up setup. We recommend additional services only when they solve a specific business problem.
Does your advertising price include the ad budget?
No. Our monthly fee covers managing your advertising. The actual amount spent on Google or Meta is separate, agreed with you, and paid through your own advertising account.
Can you guarantee sales or a #1 Google ranking?
No responsible agency should guarantee either. We define the work, measure meaningful performance and explain what we are learning and improving. Outcomes depend on competition, demand, your offer and how leads are handled.
Will the AI assistant replace my team?
It is designed to assist your team with agreed, repeatable tasks. Sensitive decisions, customer commitments and anything high-risk should remain under appropriate human oversight.
How soon should I expect to see progress?
A website or automation setup has a defined delivery schedule. Paid advertising can produce measurable activity sooner, while organic search normally needs sustained work. We propose a realistic timeline for each project instead of a one-size-fits-all guarantee.
How do we start?
Send the enquiry form with the problem that matters most. We reply with a suggested starting service, a price band from the published list, and what we would need from you (access, photos, offer). Work begins after scope is agreed in writing.
Do you work outside Pune?
Pune is home. We work with businesses in PCMC, Pune district and other Indian cities when the work is a fit: local search, websites, ads and follow-up that we can run in Indian working hours. Say where you are on the form.
Who owns the website and ads?
You do. We work in client-owned websites, advertising accounts and analytics. If a property has to be created, it is created in your name. We do not hold your leads hostage in an agency login.
Is GST included in the prices?
No. Published prices are indicative 2027 launch prices in INR, before applicable GST. GST is extra. Ad budgets, hosting, third-party software, AI usage and messaging charges are billed separately where they apply.
How long is the contract?
Monthly work is scoped in writing. We recommend 90 days to evaluate ongoing marketing, because a single week is not a fair test. That window is a fair look, not a lock-in, and not a results guarantee. One-time work (website, follow-up setup, AI helper) has a defined delivery calendar instead of a rolling term.
What form data do you collect?
The enquiry form collects your name, business name, work email, area (optional), what you want help with, and an optional message. Those details are mailed to team@socialstardom.io so we can reply. We do not sell that information. See the privacy page.
