These terms cover work discussed through socialstardom.io. A written scope for a specific job sits on top of this page. If the two ever conflict, the written scope wins for that job.

Prices, GST and extras

Prices on this site are indicative 2027 launch prices in Indian rupees (INR). They are a starting point, not a quote. Final fees are agreed in writing before billable work starts.

GST is extra. Published figures are before applicable GST.

Ad spend is separate. Our monthly advertising fee is for managing the account. The amount spent on Google, Meta or another platform is paid through your own advertising account, at a budget you approve.

Hosting, third-party software, AI usage and messaging charges are billed separately where they apply. Google Business Profiles themselves are free to create; our fee is for professional setup and management.

Scope in writing

We do not start billable work until scope, exclusions and a delivery calendar are agreed in writing. If the job changes, we say so in writing before extra fees apply.

Your accounts

You own your website, advertising accounts and analytics. We work inside those properties. Access you grant us is for doing the work, not for taking the property away. If a login has to be created, it is created in your name.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee sales, a particular Google ranking, a particular number of enquiries, or that every missed lead is recoverable. Advertising and search results depend on competition, demand, your offer, your budget and how your team handles leads. We measure what we can, explain what we are seeing, and improve the work from there.

AI and automation

AI helpers and follow-up flows are built for agreed, repeatable tasks. Your team stays responsible for customer commitments, sensitive decisions and anything high-risk.

How long we work together

One-time work has a defined delivery calendar. Monthly work is scoped in writing. We recommend 90 days to evaluate ongoing marketing. That is a fair look, not a lock-in and not a results guarantee.

Content you give us

You confirm you have the right to the text, photos and data you send. We use them to do the job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction, unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
