By accessing or using the Social Stardom website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Social Stardom provides AI-powered digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, GEO, content marketing, paid advertising, automation, and consulting. Specific deliverables and terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Project-based fees are billed as outlined in the proposal. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Month-to-month services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts unless specifically agreed upon. If we fail to deliver measurable results within 90 days, you may cancel without penalty.
Content and materials created for your campaigns become your property upon full payment. Social Stardom retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Social Stardom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
