Services are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are issued upon project milestone completion or monthly for retainer services. All prices exclude applicable GST (18%).
Accepted payment methods include:
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Included revisions are specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at the hourly rate. Major scope changes require a revised quote and SOW.
You retain all intellectual property rights to content and materials you provide (text, images, logos, data). We may use examples of your work for portfolio purposes with your permission.
Upon full payment, you own the completed deliverables developed exclusively for you. This includes custom code, design files, and documentation.
We retain ownership of templates, frameworks, methodologies, and tools we've developed. You receive a license to use these as part of the deliverables.
We use licensed third-party libraries and components. Your use must comply with their respective licenses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Services and deliverables are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
While we deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic, or ranking outcomes, particularly for marketing services.
Third-party services (hosting, payment processors, analytics) are provided "as is" by their respective owners. We are not liable for their performance or availability.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information or data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
We may terminate services if payment is more than 60 days overdue or if you violate these terms.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
