Who can join the referral program?
Anyone can join! Whether you're a current VMR customer, industry professional, consultant, or business partner, we'd love to have you referring. No minimum requirements.
When do I get paid my commission?
Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th of each month for all successful referrals closed in the previous month. We pay via direct bank transfer or check, whichever you prefer.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No limit! The more you refer, the more you earn. There's no cap on commissions. Plus, partners with 10+ successful referrals per quarter unlock VIP partner status with higher commission rates.
What if my referral cancels their subscription?
If a referral cancels within the first 30 days, we'll refund your commission. After 30 days, the commission is yours to keep. We want long-term relationships benefiting everyone.
Can I refer my existing VMR contacts?
If someone was already a customer, they don't qualify. But new prospects or existing customers expanding to new departments/users absolutely do. Contact us with questions about specific situations.
Is there marketing support available?
Yes! We provide email templates, social media content, one-pagers, and case studies you can use to promote VMR. Your partner manager is also available to help with strategic referral planning.
