to happen and distractions arise all the time that take

I found the only way for me to really keep my focus was to

set daily goals that helped me reach my long term goals.

You need to set small actionable daily goals that help you get

to your big picture goal...

Everytime you achieve one of your small goals make sure you do

some major celebrating. Celebrate like it was a major victory...

For some even the small steps are major victories.

to be Task-oriented, Must state clearly what is to be

accomplished. Effective goals use action-oriented words

(example: how will we make sure that the product is the right

product for our market.)

Your goal needs to be very specific. You must state exactly

what is required from each one that is involved.
